Are you a motivated and experienced Cardiac Echo Physiologist looking for a new challenge? Do you want to make a real difference in the lives of patients? If so, this is an excellent opportunity to join the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust as a Senior Cardiac Physiologist Leader.

This role comes with a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will be responsible for leading the Department of Cardiac Physiology and overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care. As part of your duties, you will ensure that all clinical and non-clinical performance indicators, targets, and objectives are met in line with national and local standards.

You will have the opportunity to develop the skills of cardiac physiologists and scientists, while also managing and leading the Technical Cardiology Department on a day-to-day basis. This role requires strong strategic leadership and financial understanding, as well as exceptional written and verbal communication skills. The successful applicant must demonstrate the ability to motivate staff groups and implement agreed change, while maintaining NNUH's PRIDE values.
