We are seeking a seasoned Head Housekeeper to join our hotel client's team in Norwich.

About the Position:

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Deputy, Supervisor, or Manager in a similar role and be responsible for leading by example and reporting to management.

Key Tasks:
  • Lead the Housekeeping team to achieve excellent service quality and timely task completion.
  • Develop and train team members to improve performance.
  • Manage KPIs, compliance, and standards effectively.

This permanent position comes with a salary range of £27,000 - £30,000 per annum and various benefits including a generous holiday package and store discounts.
