Head of Family Department

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Family Department to join our team at Austin Fraser. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires the ability to provide leadership and management for our Family department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting matters on behalf of clients in family law and related areas, supervising fee-earning work undertaken by junior members of the team, and managing support services for the team.

In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of relationship breakdowns, separation, divorce, dissolution, and financial remedy applications in medium to high-net-worth cases. They will also possess a network of existing contacts and the ability to build the client base and help market the firm's wider services.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor to take their career to the next level and become a key member of our team. We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, clear thinking, and able to carry out case work accurately and without supervision. If you are a motivated and ambitious individual with a passion for family law, we would love to hear from you.
