The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Housing Solutions Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Housing Solutions service, you will play a vital role in defining and refining our processes to ensure that everyone has access to a safe and secure place to call home.

As a Senior Housing Solutions Officer, you will be responsible for managing the 'front door' of our service, providing vital support to our Housing Solutions Team Manager, and taking on both duty management and people management responsibilities. You will be instrumental in assessment and investigation of Housing register enquiries, homelessness approaches, and applications.

We are looking for someone with good knowledge of housing legislation, a proven ability to provide advice and advocacy in this area, and a flair for communication and building relationships. You will be expected to demonstrate tenacity and the ability to develop creative, positive solutions for a diverse range of service users.
