Mental Health Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at Nurslink in Cumbria.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse patient group in a supportive and forward-thinking mental health service.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to individuals experiencing acute or chronic mental health issues.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans tailored to each patient's unique mental health needs.
- Administer medications and therapeutic interventions, monitoring for side effects and patient response.
- Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families, offering guidance and education on mental health conditions.
- Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC Pin.
- Experience in mental health nursing, ideally within inpatient, outpatient, or community settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build therapeutic relationships.
- Empathetic and able to work with individuals experiencing distressing symptoms.
- A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
