Care Support Specialist

The role of a Care Support Specialist at Cera Care involves providing companionship and support to individuals in their own homes. This rewarding position requires the ability to work independently, be flexible with shifts, and possess excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care including continence support, washing and dressing, managing medications, cooking or preparing hot meals, and helping with domestic tasks.">
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities that promote mental and physical well-being.">
  • Work collaboratively with other care team members to ensure seamless delivery of care services.">

Requirements:

  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle for work-related purposes.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.">
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.">
  • A flexible approach to working hours, including mornings, days, evenings, and nights.">
