Job Summary

We seek a skilled Dental Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the dentist during various procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the dentist in preparing patients for treatments, including explaining procedures and addressing any concerns they may have.
  2. Prepare and maintain accurate patient records, ensuring all documentation is completed in a timely manner.
  3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by sterilising instruments and following established protocols.
  4. Manage appointment schedules and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
  5. Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations within the practice.

Requirements:

  1. Qualified Dental Nurse with relevant certifications or equivalent experience.
  2. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
  3. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with patients and team members.
  4. A genuine passion for patient care and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
  5. Proficiency in IT systems related to dental practice management is desirable but not essential.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being able to take initiative when required.

Compensation and Benefits
