Personal Care Advocate

We are seeking an experienced Personal Care Advocate to join our team at Cera Care. As a key member of our care team, you will provide personalized care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized care plans, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.">
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.">
  • Engage in activities that promote social interaction, mental stimulation, and physical activity.">
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.">
  • Maintain accurate records of client care, adhering to regulatory standards and guidelines.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle for work-related purposes.">
  • Minimum of 6 months' experience in a care setting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.">
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach, with a commitment to delivering person-centered care.">
  • A flexible approach to working hours, including mornings, days, evenings, and nights.">
  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills, with opportunities for career advancement within the organization.">
