Job Opportunity
We are recruiting Support and Care Workers to join our team in Cockermouth. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing high-quality care and companionship in their own homes.

Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Manage medications and administer prescribed treatments.
- Prepare hot meals and snacks, and assist with household tasks.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities such as conversation, reading, and watching TV.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £13.50-£14.00 per hour, plus benefits, including guaranteed hours, enhanced bank holiday rates, holiday pay, and a pension scheme. We are also committed to investing in our staff, providing training and education programs, mentorship, and progression pathways.
