About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will support 5 individuals with learning disabilities in a variety of settings.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide person-centred care, promoting the independence and autonomy of service users. This may involve accompanying them on outings, engaging in leisure activities, or simply providing emotional support.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping others. A strong sense of humour and adaptability are also essential qualities for this position.
