About the Role

We are looking for a registered nurse with a valid NMC Pin who can provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their own homes and community settings. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and plan individualized care plans for patients with complex needs.
  • Administer medications, wound care, injections, and other nursing procedures as needed.
  • Offer support and guidance to patients and their families, promoting health education and disease prevention.
  • Collaborate with GPs, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and report on patient progress.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC Pin.
  • Experience in community healthcare or district nursing (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong clinical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, empathetic, and able to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
What We Offer

Nurslink offers competitive salaries based on experience, ranging from £30,000 to £50,000 per annum. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including referral programmes and flexible working arrangements.
