Care and Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Specialist to join our team at Advantage Healthcare.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a caring individual to provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes. As a Care and Support Specialist, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans to enhance their quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Assist clients with daily tasks such as shopping, meal preparation, and housework
- Support clients with medication management and other health-related tasks
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and their families
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
What You'll Need:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be physically fit and able to lift and move equipment as needed.
