We are seeking an exceptional Director of Health, Safety and Compliance to lead our Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) function. As a key member of our leadership team, this role will play a critical part in shaping our company's approach to risk management and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include leading our HSEQ team, developing and implementing our HSEQ strategy, ensuring compliance with legislation, and partnering with stakeholders to promote a positive safety culture.

  • We need someone with extensive experience in leading HSEQ teams in high-risk environments, with expertise in occupational health and safety, environmental management, and quality assurance.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the HSE ISO standards and be able to demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills.

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at £90,000-£120,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including life insurance, pension scheme, and shopping discounts.
