Job Title: Environmental Safety Advisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Advisor to join our team at Integrate Engineering Resources Ltd. in Alloa, Scotland.

Salary:£62,800 per annum based on 55 hours per week Monday to Friday.

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to conduct regular safety audits and inspections, investigate incidents and near misses, deliver HSE training programs, provide guidance and support to employees, and conduct risk assessments.

  • Conducting regular safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  • Investigating incidents, near misses, and accidents, producing reports, and ensuring lessons learned are communicated and implemented.
  • Delivering HSE training programs to staff, contractors, and visitors, fostering a strong safety culture.
  • Providing guidance and support to all employees on HSE matters, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to perform their duties safely.
  • Conducting risk assessments and implementing control measures to mitigate risks associated with the work being delivered.
Requirements:
  • A NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in a similar HSE role, preferably within the industrial services sector.
