Hours: 55 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Duration: 6 Months

PAYE Direct Rates: £310.00 per day worked, £60.00 per day worked lodge allowance

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Health and Safety Consultant to conduct regular safety audits and inspections, investigate incidents and near misses, deliver HSE training programs, provide guidance and support to employees, and conduct risk assessments.

  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections, identifying hazards and recommending corrective actions.
  • Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents, producing reports and ensuring lessons learned are communicated and implemented.
  • Deliver HSE training programs to staff, contractors, and visitors, fostering a strong safety culture.
  • Provide guidance and support to all employees on HSE matters, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to perform their duties safely.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement control measures to mitigate risks associated with the work being delivered.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in a similar HSE role, preferably within the industrial services sector.
