Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Practice Improvement Strategist to join our Safety Quality & Performance team at Sir Charles Osborne Park Health Care Group. This role will be responsible for developing effective consultation processes to ensure the coordination, development, and evaluation of safety and quality initiatives, policy, and programs associated with clinical practice improvement initiatives within the group.

This position requires a highly capable and values-driven individual who embodies the NMHS Values: Care, Respect, Innovation, Teamwork, and Integrity. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to providing safe, high-quality care through expertise and teamwork.

About the Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to integrate the operation requirements of clinical practice improvement programs within the group. You will provide a clinical governance approach to patient safety and quality at a health service level, working closely with various stakeholders to drive improvements in patient care. Your innovative thinking and problem-solving skills will enable you to develop and implement effective solutions to complex challenges.

As a Clinical Practice Improvement Strategist, you will report to the Director, Safety Quality & Performance, and be an integral part of our team that promotes and improves the health of our community. About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation. Your analytical and problem-solving skills will be essential in driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as healthcare, business, or a related discipline, is preferred. Additionally, you will have relevant experience in a similar role, demonstrating your ability to develop and implement effective strategies for improving patient care. Salary $124,516 - $128,795 per annum.
