Job Title: Director of Clinical Services

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Clinical Services to lead our clinical teams at a leading hospital in Stirling. The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical services and experience in leading clinical teams, ideally across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership to all clinical staff, ensuring delivery of exceptional standards of care, patient safety, and clinical effectiveness.
  • Drive improvements to services, maximising financial and operational performance of the hospital.
  • Ensure provision of safe, effective, caring, and responsive patient care.

Requirements:

  • Valid NMC/HCPC/GPC with clinical experience.
  • Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional.
  • Commercially astute with experience in financial management and strategic development of clinical services.
  • Solid experience in leading clinical teams, ideally across multiple departments.
  • Evidence of continued professional development.
  • Fully aware of CQC legislation/standards.
