About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to lead our clinical services team, ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality care across our hospital. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations, driving quality improvement initiatives, and fostering a culture of compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the clinical services team to achieve excellence in patient care and service delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical governance, safety, and efficiency
- Collaborate with senior leaders to set and align strategic goals with organisational priorities
- Drive quality improvement initiatives, monitor clinical outcomes, and implement solutions to enhance patient care
- Engage with patients, families, and other stakeholders to gather feedback and drive improvements in service delivery
