About the Role
The Talent Partnership is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Clinical Services to lead our clinical services team in Scotland.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the clinical services team to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality care across the hospital
- Oversee clinical operations, including staffing, training, and professional development of the clinical team
- Drive clinical governance, including incident management, audits, and compliance with policies and regulations
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set and align strategic goals with organisational priorities
- Lead quality improvement initiatives, monitor clinical outcomes, and implement solutions to enhance patient care
- Engage with patients, families, and other stakeholders to gather feedback and drive improvements in service delivery
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards while maintaining a consistently high standard of care
About You
We are looking for a registered healthcare professional with proven leadership experience in clinical settings, preferably within the independent sector. You should have a deep understanding of service redesign, clinical pathways, and system reform, as well as strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, industry standards, and NHS contract requirements.
