Clinical Care Leadership Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Coordinator to join our team at Bespoke Clinical Care Ltd. As a Clinical Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing care packages and contributing to the effective leadership of our service.
About the Role:
In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Clinical Operations Manager to ensure the smooth management of care packages. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of community and complex care nursing
- Experience working with individuals with complex needs
- NMC registration with a current PIN and RN adult or RN Learning Disabilities qualification
Salary and Benefits:
This role comes with a competitive salary equivalent to Band 6, depending on experience, and 36 hours of contracted work per week. You will also have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and progressive organisation that prioritises the well-being of its staff and clients.
