Community Nursing Specialist

**Job Overview**
NHS National Services Scotland is seeking a highly skilled Community Nursing Specialist to join their team based in Clackmannanshire and Stirling H&SCP. This exciting opportunity involves working within the District Nursing teams, providing top-notch care to patients in their community.
**About the Role**
This role offers a range of challenging and rewarding experiences, including treatment room work responsibilities. You will be required to demonstrate flexibility in shift patterns, including weekends, as well as an ability to travel throughout the area of service delivery.
**Essential Requirements**
To succeed in this position, you will need:
- a strong foundation in nursing skills, with a particular emphasis on wound management, catheter care, venepuncture, Hickman/PICC lines, long-term conditions, and palliative care;
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team;
- a commitment to ongoing professional development and training;
**Benefits Package**
We offer a competitive salary, which we estimate to be around £33,220 - £42,686 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect access to a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for career progression and continuing professional development.
