About the Role

This is a Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) role with a hybrid work arrangement at our Stirling, UK office. As a Senior Biostatistician, you will serve as a lead role on projects, providing statistical oversight and ensuring quality and consistency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop protocol designs, including study design, sample size estimation, randomization, and statistical analysis plans for assigned studies.
  • Provide statistical guidance to studies and ensure accuracy and completeness of database quality checks.
  • Ensure data for statistical analyses are complete, accurate, and consistent.
  • Develop statistical analysis plans and provide timely and accurate statistical input into reports or decisions.
  • Evaluate analysis validity and alternative strategies when unforeseen circumstances arise.
  • Mentor non-statistical peers on statistical methodology and train junior statisticians.
  • Effectively coordinate assignments and review deliverables to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related field.
  • Pharmaceutical, CRO, or related industry experience with clinical trials.
