Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop statistical analysis plans for clinical trials, ensuring accuracy and completeness of database quality checks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality project delivery, meeting tight deadlines.
• Train and mentor junior statisticians, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth.
• Communicate complex statistical concepts to non-statistical stakeholders, facilitating effective decision-making.

About You:

• Hold a Master's or Ph.D. in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field.
• Possess significant experience in pharmaceutical, CRO, or related industries, with a focus on clinical trials.
