About the Opportunity:

We are recruiting an experienced HSE Manager to join our client, a manufacturing organisation based in Stirlingshire. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining health, safety, and environmental policies and programs that ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement controls to mitigate risks.
  • Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of accidents, incidents, and near misses.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to promote a safety-first culture.

Requirements:

  • Possess a strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Hold a recognised qualification in a relevant field (e.g., NEBOSH Diploma).
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hold a valid driving license.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
