Safety Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Safety Manager to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for leading all health, safety, and environmental activities on site, ensuring compliance with legislative and corporate standards.
This is a hands-on, site-based position where you will be involved in toolbox talks, training, site assessments, and H&S meetings. You will create and implement strategies to ensure HSE excellence and contribute to the company's drive to Net Zero.
As a successful candidate, you will have a background working in hazardous environments, preferably in chemical plant settings. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HSE activities on site
- Ensure compliance with legislative and corporate standards
- Develop and implement HSE strategies
- Conduct site assessments and training sessions
- Promote a culture of safety and sustainability
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., occupational health and safety, environmental science)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE roles
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and industry best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
What We Offer:
