We are seeking a Clinical Safety Manager to join our team at Medpace, a full-service Contract Research Organization (CRO) providing Phase I-IV clinical development services.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical safety and project management, with experience in managing multiple large clinical safety programs. The role requires expert safety knowledge and the ability to provide high-quality delivery of clinical safety case management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement safety management plans tailored to client needs.
  • Oversee clinical study documents for safety and ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements.
  • Manage teams to deliver high-quality clinical safety activities for multiple programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with experience in clinical safety, project management, and line management.
  • Proven track record of managing clinical safety activities for multiple programs.
  • Knowledge of global clinical safety regulatory requirements and ability to write departmental SOPs and Work Instructions.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
