Job Summary:

As a Support Worker at Alcedo Care, you will be working with adults and children in their own homes and in the community, providing care and support to meet their individual needs. This role requires a high level of empathy and understanding, as you will be working with clients who may have complex care requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting clients with social outings and activities
  • Following daily activity planners and implementing care plans
  • Providing personal care and assistance with daily living tasks
  • Managing challenging behavior and providing emotional support
  • Working with clients who have severe autism, ADHD, or learning difficulties
  • Providing hoisting and mobility support, as well as mental health support
  • Assisting with medication and overnight stays

What We Offer:
  • Competitive rates of pay starting from £13.00-£14.50 per hour
  • Paid mileage at 30p per hour
