Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care and Support Specialist to join our team at Randstad Care. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing essential support services to children and vulnerable adults, with a focus on safeguarding and protection.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-quality support services to children and vulnerable adults, prioritizing their safety and well-being.
  2. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective support plans.
  3. Conduct comprehensive assessments and risk assessments to identify areas of concern and develop targeted interventions.
  4. Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Proven experience in safeguarding and protection, ideally in a child and adult social care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • A deep understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
