About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Walsingham Support. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs to live their lives to the full.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred support to individuals, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping.
  • Encourage and support individuals to engage in activities that promote their physical and mental health.
  • Work closely with the care team to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual's needs and goals.
