About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Walsingham Support. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred support to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement tailored support plans, ensuring each individual's unique needs are met.
  • Provide emotional support, social interaction, and assistance with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting open communication and respect for all individuals.

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and empathetic individual who is passionate about supporting individuals with complex needs. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work collaboratively as part of a team. A background in social care or a related field is desirable, but not essential.
