Weekend Care Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated Weekend Care Assistant to join our team at Alcedo Care. As a Weekend Care Assistant, you will be working with our adults and children's clients to provide quality care and support in their own homes and out in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients with social outings and activities
- Follow daily activity planners and plans
- Provide care and support to clients with varying needs
- Manage challenging behavior and work with clients with complex needs
Requirements:
- Over 18 years of age
- Access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license
- Nurse-led training and ongoing support
