About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, including assistance with personal care, managing medications, cooking meals, and performing domestic tasks. Your true impact lies in the companionship, reassurance, and joy you bring to the lives of those you care for.
What We Offer- A competitive salary of £9.50 - £10.50 per hour (dependent on experience) based on 24 hours per week, equivalent to approximately £19,520 - £21,840 per annum
- Guaranteed hours with permanent contracts available
- Enhanced bank holiday rate of £19.13 (£25.50 Christmas and New Year)
- Holiday pay and pension scheme
- Free DBS/PVG, company mobile phone, and uniform provided
- Paid mileage between visits at 35p

Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with personal care, including continence support, washing, and dressing
- Managing medications and administering as required
- Cooking or preparing hot meals
- Performing domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A driving license and access to a vehicle for work
- A flexible approach to shifts, including mornings, days, evenings, and nights
- Good general availability and willingness to travel across our service area when required
