Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with decision-makers within target organizations to uncover their needs and demonstrate the value of our integrated platform of risk and compliance solutions and services.
  • Develop and prioritize a pipeline of opportunities to achieve sales goals and accurately forecast sales performance.
  • Attend comprehensive training programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and Navex's evolving solutions.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with prospects and customers to build trust and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of successful B2B sales experience targeting midmarket customers (1,000+ company headcount).
  • Professional fluency in French language.
  • Familiarity with value selling, strategic selling, and formal training in best practice models.
  • Strong prospecting, planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Technical ability to be proficient with Salesforce and Microsoft Office products.
