At St Michel Biscuits, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Account Executive to join our team in the UK. As a key player in the French biscuits and cakes market, we are looking for a talented individual to manage a portfolio of UK retail accounts and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of UK retail accounts, developing and optimizing business in line with the company's sales strategy.
- Deploy our brands (Bonne Maman, St Michel, St Aubert) and retailer's own brands in the retail market.
- Negotiate national agreements in line with the company's sales policy.
- Ensure objectives are met: assortment, promotions, merchandising, volume, sales revenue... and propose corrective actions if necessary.
- Manage and monitor promotional budgets.
- Draw up brand reviews and define growth levers for your accounts.
- Stay up-to-date with new trends in our product categories and the competitive environment.
- Higher education qualification in business, with a minimum of 3 years' significant experience in a retail-related position (head office and/or field).
- Bilingual in French and English, with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to convince and proactive approach.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Pack Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
