We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Universal Business Team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and revenue through proactive sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with field sales representatives to develop and maximize existing accounts
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on warm leads, quotes, and build strong customer relationships
  • Ensure regular phone contact and field sales visits, coordinating and arranging appointments for the field sales team
  • Follow up on actions from face-to-face visits and liaise with the internal sales/customer services team to ensure quick customer responses
  • Update customer/prospect information on our software system and input relevant notes and call records

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in proactive sales
  • Excellent phone manner and ability to build rapport with customers
  • Persistent and results-driven with a proven track record of meeting KPIs over the phone
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
