Coworth Park is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team. As a leader in the hospitality industry, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and creating a unique experience for our guests.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring service and performance standards, creating a training culture within the department, and implementing and managing stock control processes and procedures. They will also be responsible for identifying, implementing, and monitoring new standards to enable service excellence.

We are looking for a motivated and inspirational individual who can motivate and inspire employees to perform at their best. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a leadership position within housekeeping in a 5-star luxury environment and possess high levels of energy, great organizational skills, and team and time management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor service and performance standards to ensure consistently outstanding experience for guests.
  • Create a training culture within the department.
  • Implement and manage stock control processes and procedures.
  • Identify, implement, and monitor new standards to enable service excellence.
  • Ensure all team members are enabled to deliver consistently excellent service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a leadership position within housekeeping in a 5-star luxury environment.
  • High levels of energy, great organizational skills, and team and time management.
  • Consistency in providing luxury service to guests and creativity to tackle daily adventures.
  • Motivational and inspirational individual for employees and team to perform at their best.
  • An understanding and experience in similar roles with exceptional service excellence.
