Coworth Park, a renowned 5-star luxury hotel, is seeking an exceptional Executive Housekeeper to join our team. As a key member of our Housekeeping department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain exceptional service standards, ensuring a consistently outstanding experience for our guests.
  • Create a training culture within the Housekeeping department, empowering team members to deliver exceptional service.
  • Implement and manage stock control processes, ensuring budgets are not exceeded and inventory is always serviceable.
  • Identify and implement new standards to drive service excellence, ensuring all team members are enabled to deliver consistently excellent service.
  • Conduct regular checks on rooms and the Housekeeping team, providing training and guidance as needed.
  • Communicate effectively within the department, addressing any issues in a professional manner.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, conducting probation reviews and PDPs as required.
  • Assist in recruitment and induction of new team members, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a leadership position within Housekeeping in a 5-star luxury environment.
  • High levels of energy, great organizational skills, and team and time management.
  • Consistency in providing luxury service to our guests and creativity in tackling daily challenges.
  • Motivational and inspirational leadership style, driving employees to perform at their best.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong customer service ethic.
  • English is the primary language used in our hotel, and you must be able to communicate comfortably in this language.
