Job Title: Executive Housekeeping Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and confident Executive Housekeeping Manager to join our team at this luxury hotel in Berkshire. As a key member of the hotel's management team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the housekeeping department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the housekeeping team to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery
  • Develop and implement effective housekeeping strategies to drive guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage the department budget and forecast to ensure cost control and efficiency
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests
  • Experience with Opera and other hotel management systems
