At Coworth Park, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team. As a leader in the luxury hotel industry, we're committed to delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on a key role in our Housekeeping department. As an Executive Housekeeper, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness and service are consistently met, and that our guests receive the highest level of care and attention.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring service and performance standards to ensure consistently outstanding experiences for guests
  • Creating a training culture within the department
  • Proactive cleaning management to ensure products are at their best at all times
  • Implementation and management of stock control processes and procedures to ensure budgets are not exceeded
  • Identifying, implementing, and monitoring new standards to enable service excellence
  • Ensuring all team members are enabled to deliver consistently excellent service
  • Carrying out checks on rooms and the Housekeeping team, along with offering training and understanding of the product
  • Having effective communication within the department and dealing with any issues in a professional manner
  • Being aware of all room statuses and following up on all queries
  • Having an understanding of all hotel services and noting any guest requests or requirements and ensuring these are actioned and followed up
  • Proactive monitoring and planning of proactive maintenance alongside the engineering department to ensure inventory is serviceable at all times
  • Controlling all operating costs within the department to the agreed budgets set
  • Monitoring and evaluating team performance and conducting probation reviews and PDPs
  • Assisting in recruitment and induction of new team members
  • Participating or leading departmental and section team meetings and/or training sessions

We're looking for someone with previous experience in a leadership position within Housekeeping in a 5-star luxury environment. You'll need to have high levels of energy, great organizational skills, and team and time management. You'll also need to be a motivational and inspirational individual for employees and team to perform at their best.
