Coworth Park, a renowned 5-star luxury hotel, is seeking an exceptional Executive Housekeeper to join our team. As a key member of our Housekeeping department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance in our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain service standards to ensure a consistently outstanding experience for our guests.
  • Create a training culture within the Housekeeping department to ensure all team members are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
  • Implement and manage stock control processes to ensure budgets are not exceeded.
  • Identify and implement new standards to enable service excellence.
  • Ensure all team members are enabled to deliver consistently excellent service.
  • Carry out checks on rooms and the Housekeeping team, offering training and understanding of the product.
  • Have effective communication within the department and deal with any issues in a professional manner.
  • Be aware of all room statuses and follow up on any queries.
  • Have an understanding of all hotel services and note any guest requests or requirements.
  • Proactive monitoring and planning of proactive maintenance with the engineering department to ensure inventory is serviceable at all times.
  • Control all operating costs within the department to agreed budgets.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance and conduct probation reviews and PDPs.
  • Assist in recruitment and induction of new team members.
  • Participate or lead departmental and section team meetings and/or training sessions.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a leadership position within Housekeeping in a 5-star luxury environment.
  • High levels of energy, great organizational skills, and team and time management.
  • Consistency in providing luxury service to our guests and creativity to tackle daily adventures.
  • Motivational and inspirational individual for employees and team to perform at their best.
  • An understanding and experience in a similar role with exceptional service excellence.

  • Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
  • English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language.
