As a key member of the finance team at Adria Solutions, the Payroll Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our global payroll function. We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled professional who can provide expert guidance on payroll policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.

About the Role:
The Payroll Manager will be responsible for overseeing the payroll function for approximately 200 employees across four international locations. This includes managing all payroll operations, maintaining detailed records, producing regular reports, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the payroll process.

Responsibilities:
  1. Global Payroll Management: Oversee payroll for around 200 employees across four countries, supporting a dynamic and rapidly expanding team.
  2. Payroll Processing: Ensure the timely and accurate processing of all employee salaries, benefits, and deductions, maintaining rigorous confidentiality of financial information.
  3. Data Management and Reporting: Maintain detailed employee records, prepare payroll reports, and update data for new hires and terminations.
  4. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure payroll practices are in full compliance with local laws and regulations, including those regarding working hours and minimum wages.
  5. Error Resolution: Identify and resolve any payroll discrepancies promptly.
  6. Pension Administration: Accurately manage pension deductions and coordinate with external partners for reconciliation.

Requirements:
  1. Proven experience with outsourced payroll processing and familiarity with in-house payroll management.
  2. Proficiency with payroll systems, numerical tasks, and time management skills to meet deadlines.
  3. Strong data analysis and presentation abilities, with a talent for translating findings into actionable insights for stakeholders.
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills and up-to-date technical payroll knowledge.
  5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
