Sales and Customer Success Specialist

Our ideal candidate will be a Sales and Customer Success Specialist responsible for selling and promoting Autobag equipment and plastics in the North of England and Scotland to meet targets. This includes meeting machine sales, bag sales and activity level targets to contribute to our overall sales objectives.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with excellent relationship and rapport building skills, as well as computer literacy with excellent presentation and communication skills.
Key responsibilities will include producing sales proposals and carrying out machinery demonstrations to present the benefits of the product and meet customer needs, producing monthly reports on the marketplace, competition, market trends and opportunities affecting our growth, and maintaining an outstanding level of customer service to secure customer retention and uphold our reputation.
We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, plus benefits including 25 days paid holiday with 5 additional days awarded for long service, Enhanced Sick Pay and Family Leave, Health Cash Plan, Life Assurance, Employee Assistance Programme, Discounts Platform, and Cycle to Work Scheme.
