Job Summary:

We are seeking a Commercial Account Specialist to join our team at Cowell Recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled sales professional to cultivate strong relationships with commercial clients and grow our client base.

The successful candidate will earn a competitive salary of up to £40,000 (Neg/DOE) and enjoy a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, 22 days holiday, increasing to 27 days through service, and access to a Healthcare Cash plan.

You will also receive ongoing training and development, further studies paid, and company-funded CII professional qualification. The role involves working 9am-5:30pm Monday-Friday in an onsite position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients to meet their business objectives.
  • Manage client inquiries, needs, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and drive additional revenue.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Develop leads through market analysis, prospecting, and persuasive sales presentations.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
Requirements:
  • Previous B2B sales/business development experience
  • GCSE including Maths (4/C)
  • Previous sales experience
