About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Software Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide level 1 & 2 internal support for software platforms such as Yardi Systems, Rent Café, Entrata, and ancillary programs. Primary support provided to the property and corporate end-users.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify user errors and provide instruction on how to correct the issue.
  • Troubleshoot issues, identify if there is a solution or if it is a software issue.
  • Submit program issues/bugs to the software provider.
  • Utilize Help Desk support management software.
  • Provide one-on-one training to end users as needed.
  • Occasional on-site travel for property training.
  • Perform testing of software upgrades.
  • Perform setup and testing of new functionality.
Requirements:
  • Ability to learn new software systems quickly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to perform project management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and relationship building.
  • Customer focus on service and excellence.
What We Offer:

Competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (estimated), plus benefits including discretionary bonuses, medical and dental insurance, health, flexible spending and dependent care accounts, 401K plan with employer matching, robust PTO, volunteer days, and company-paid short-term and long-term disability, parental leave.
