Job Description:

This is a remote position that requires strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities. You will be responsible for providing level 1 & 2 internal support for software platforms such as Yardi Systems, Rent Café, Entrata, and ancillary programs.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify user errors and provide instruction on how to correct the issue.
  • Troubleshoot issues, identify if there is a solution or if it is a software issue.
  • Submit program issues/bugs to the software provider.
  • Utilize Help Desk support management software.
  • Provide one-on-one training to end users as needed.
  • Occasional on-site travel for property training.
  • Perform testing of software upgrades.
  • Perform setup and testing of new functionality.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with software platforms such as Yardi Systems, Rent Café, Entrata, and ancillary programs.
Benefits:

Competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (estimated), plus benefits including discretionary bonuses, medical and dental insurance, health, flexible spending and dependent care accounts, 401K plan with employer matching, robust PTO, volunteer days, and company-paid short-term and long-term disability, parental leave.
