We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Children's Residential Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young residents.

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care and support to our young people. You will work closely with our experienced team to create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care and support to our young residents, including personal care, meal preparation, and household duties.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with our residents, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in residential childcare.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the seamless delivery of care and support services.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A full driving license issued in the UK.
  • Full right to work in the UK with no restrictions.
  • Values that align with Esland's, including a therapeutic and person-centered approach to childcare.
  • Aged 21 or above due to industry regulations.
  • Previous childcare or support worker experience is advantageous but not essential.
