About the Role

As a Children's Support Worker, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment that encourages young people to develop socially, emotionally, and behaviorally. You will work closely with our team to provide individualized support, promote independence, and foster positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Encourage young people to participate in activities and take responsibility for their own lives.
  • Maintain a homely and friendly culture within the residential setting.
  • Manage challenging behaviours in a safe and supportive manner.
  • Protect young people from risks to their health and welfare.
  • Provide support for young people's independence and well-being.
  • Maintain a safe environment for young people.
Requirements
  • Experience as a Children's Residential Support Worker or in a related field is desirable.
  • Valid UK driver's license and access to a car for transporting young people.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
