About the Role

As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for children, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that each child receives the support they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to children in our residential settings
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our team
  • Work closely with children, families, and other professionals to ensure seamless care and support
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements
  • A full driving license issued in the UK
  • Full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
  • Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
  • Aged 21 or above
  • Previous childcare or support worker experience is advantageous but not essential
