Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care and support to children, including daily living activities, education, and leisure activities.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of personalized care plans, ensuring the needs of each child are met.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in residential childcare.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all children.

Requirements:

  • A full driving license issued in the UK.
  • Full right to work in the UK with no restrictions.
  • Values aligned with Esland Care's approach to therapeutic, person-centered care.
  • Aged 21 or above.
  • Previous childcare or support worker experience is advantageous but not essential.
