Join Our Team as a Children's Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Children's Residential Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our children, enabling them to thrive and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized care and support to children, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Contribute to the creation of a stimulating and engaging environment, promoting children's interests and hobbies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of the residential service, maintaining high standards of care and safety.
Requirements:
  • A full driving license issued in the UK.
  • Right to work in the UK with no restrictions.
  • Values aligned with Esland's, including a therapeutic and person-centered approach to childcare.
  • Aged 21 or above, due to industry regulations.
  • Previous childcare or support worker experience is advantageous but not essential.
